Karl Arvidson, Operations Manager at Thayer Energy Solutions, Inc. recently completed the Lighting Specialist 1 (LS1) examination and received LS1 certification from the National Association of Independent Lighting Distributors (NAILD). The certification program tests a candidate’s retention of key concepts in the understanding of light and lighting fundamentals, and is part of an on-going certification program sponsored by NAILD.
