Patti Thayer and her team were back again for another LIGHTFAIR International earlier this month. LIGHTFAIR International is where light, technology and design converge to reveal new solutions, new knowledge and new discoveries. Thayer traveled to Chicago to attend multiple conference sessions and talk with reps about the latest LED products. This year’s keynote speakers for the conference were the Lighting Artist for Pixar Studios, Danielle Feinberg; the head of the Biomechatronics group at the MIT Media Lab, Hugh Herr; and the co-founders of INNOCAD Architecture, Anastasia Su and Martin Lesjak.
